I successfuly defended my Ph.D. in August 2024 and I am currently a Botanist and Research Scientist managing the seed collections at Verbinnen's native plant Nursery located outside Hamilton, Ontario. Before that, I was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in The Wright Lab at the University of Toronto and a Ph.D. candidate in the Angert Lab in the Botany Department and Biodiversity Research Centre at UBC.

Before starting my Ph.D. I worked as a Research Assistant in a number of labs at the UBC Biodiversity Research Centre, including the Whitton, Tseng, Germain, and Otto labs.

I completed my Undergraduate thesis and M.Sc. with the Sokolwski in the Department of Ecology & Evolutionary Biology at the University of Toronto.
